NPC that Starts Quest: The Policeman (in front of Hello Kitty)
Description: The Policeman is looking for the 3 Snoozing Constructors. They are probably in their hiding places right now. Their only job in the Dream Carnival is to let its visitors play more minigames. Find them and wake them up so you can play the minigames. Also, remember that the Snoozing Constructors hid the path to their hiding place well. Find the path to get to them! Once they're all awake, return to The Policeman. After returning to The Policeman, you can access the minigames from the Snoozing Constructors.

The three Snoozing Constructors have "hidden" paths making them tricky to wake up. Return to The Policeman once you have awakened them all.
